I’m Your Huckleberry ~ 7-30-11

If you read the story I posted on this blog today—When Does Weird Cross the Line—be sure to come back and take a look at tomorrow’s story, Walk A Mile With My Shoe. It’s the continuing saga about the young man I encounter every now and then when I’m walking at the neighborhood park.

I saw him again this morning and things took a dramatic turn. The boy, it seems, is more than just a strange character, pulling a shoe around like it’s his pet. He’s got a purpose, and apparently I’m it!

The only hint I’ll give you is the odd title of tomorrow’s story. It’s a twist on a familiar old saying; a saying I believe is Biblical in its origin.

See y’all tomorrow!
