Imagine what it would be like if God changed His mind; what if He lied, went back on His promise, and let it be known heaven was no longer available? Sorry, folks; the universal fire marshal says we’re full. We can put you on a waiting list, and if someone decides they want to leave, we’ll let you in; first come, first serve.
I can’t even imagine what this world would turn into if that were to happen. But, for millions of people on this planet, that is already their reality. They don’t know God and they don’t know Jesus died on the cross and rose on the third day so they could have eternal life with Him if only they believe in Him. Those millions of people are wandering through life without the love of God beating in their hearts; no wonder this world is so full of hate and sadness.
The good news is, hope is contagious, and if we have it, we can spread it to those around us.
