Foobaw 2013 ~ Sedona, Arizona. WOW!

Foobaw 2013 ~ Day Two!

Sedona, Arizona ~ WOW!

There’s just not much I can say about Sedona, Arizona. The following pictures pretty much say it all, and do it much better than any words can:

Look at this, would ya!

Look at this, would ya!

It seems everywhere we turned there was more:

And then the sun came out!

And then the sun came out!

And every time we looked at the same scene, it was different and even more beautiful:

The road to awesomeville!

The road to awesomeville!

Like I said in my earlier post, if you’ve never been to Sedona, there’s only one word I can say, “GO!”

The road is calling your name!

The road is calling your name!

And, I have to top this final day two post off with a thumbs up to the Blue Moon Diner across the street from our hotel. We shared a Southwestern Pizza (sorry, no pic of the pizza), and it was top notch. (The pie–chocolate cream for Sherry, and, of course, cherry for me–we took back to our room for later was pretty good, too!).

Oh! I almost forgot; here’s a picture from our hotel room:

Not bad, eh?

Not bad, eh?

We’re waiting for the rain to let up, so we can load up and head for the Grand Canyon. Hopefully, the skies will clear by the time we get there. But hey, it’ll be good no matter what! You pays yer money, and ya takes yer chances! We are having a ball!

You are awfully close to Flay and Irene country, any chance you have them on your schedule? WOW that would be a blast from the past. Safe Trip Bro. Cheers Ken

    • They live in Buckeye again. We went by and saw them two years ago when we were there. Flay’s still mean as a snake, but not as quick as he once was, and Irene is still as beautiful as ever.
