It’s a Mystery ~ December 13

It’s a Mystery

But, it can be solved

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ. Colossians 2:2

The only reason I write these daily messages is to encourage those who read them. I’m not trying to teach anyone anything; I’m merely trying to encourage folks with the basic principles of God, number one being He loves you unconditionally. As I’ve stated many times before, I am as encouraged by the writing of these words, as you are by the reading of them.

I’ve been writing encouragements for over two years now, and I am amazed at how much I’ve learned and how much closer I am to God, and the main thing I’ve learned is how unconditional and awesome His love for us is.

As I grow closer to Him and begin to better understand Him, my hope is I can help others to understand Him better, too. Paul speaks of the mystery of God which is Christ, and yes, He can be mysterious, but if we look closely, the mystery begins to unravel and becomes simple and clear. The mystery is not that God loves us, but that He always has and always will.

When we at last understand His love for us is unconditional, the mystery is solved.
