Winter Visitor

Not as good a picture as I’d like, but hey, it’s a cell phone!

Today, it seems, there is very little concern regarding what companies (or the government) tell us in order to sell their product, service, or ideas. Read the rest of this entry »

Been There, Done That

We’ve all experienced people who are loud and overbearing, and some of us have even been (or are) that person. A loud and aggressive person can certainly be annoying. Avoiding such a person might be the easy way out, but maybe a forgiving and tolerant approach would be better. Read the rest of this entry »

Until Death Do Us Part?

Do they even say that anymore? It seems marriage is no longer considered a forever thing. In fact, in many instances, it seems isn’t even considered necessary (unless, of course, it affects your health insurance). Read the rest of this entry »

Speak Your Truth Quietly

We should always consider our thoughts prior to expressing them. Angry words spoken in haste can be harmful, and cannot be taken back. Once we’ve said something to someone, it will forever remain in their mind no matter how often or sincerely we apologize. Read the rest of this entry »
